Check out with this to secure your CITES.
Includes the CITES, a fee to defray the cost of USDA being onsite, plus the check for USDA (only checks from Motes Orchids are honored by USDA). USDA will ONLY be issuing CITES at the festival on Saturday from 12 pm to 4 pm. You must indicate your first and second preferred time slots in the notes section when you check out. The available time slots are listed below BUT there may be some lag between when orders are placed and this listing being updated, so please pick a back up slot.

3:30 pm
The total number of CITES documents will be reflected here. If we are sold out, you will need to obtain your CITES documents from another grower. If all slots are taken we will reserve additional overtime from USDA as needed either before noon or between 4 and 5 pm. Thank you.
Print or display your order on your phone at the Motes Orchids booth to collect your CITES. You can collect your CITES on Sunday BUT remember that USDA will not be on site on Sunday, instead you will need to take your plants and documents to the “smoke house” by the airport. We advise getting your documents in order on Saturday.
